VIP preview 2017 edition, this year Art X Lagos was the beginning of a three day art fair that featured 14 leading international art galleries and over 60 artists from 10 Countries across Africa and the diaspora. While the maiden edition draw over an audience of 5,000 people, this year Art X Lagos attracted over 9,000 people to the civic center in Victoria Island Lagos. The event included specially curated installations, a programme of talks, the Art X Prize and audience favourite Art X live! "We can now say with confidence that we are on course to deliver on our mission, to magnify the patronage of African artists across the continent and to inspire the future generations of African artists Tokini Peterside, the Founder Art X Lagos.
