I knew I could bridge the kilowatt divide by providing access to renewable energy to my society. Owen Inyang talks about the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur and said the ability to perceive a need and to respond profitably to that need in your environment; perseverance and love of what you do, because the route to success is not straight forward and neither are there short cuts. Integrity: There is no true success as an entrepreneur without this. Owen Inyang talks about how she respond to failure as an entrepreneur and said I say to myself or my team, ‘this idea did not work, let’s come up with another strategy.’ It’s a numbers game, the quicker you fail and recover, the closer you are to your Eldorado. Owen Inyang talks about how long she stick with an idea before giving up and said it depends a lot on the idea. Some ideas are dead in the water from the word go, so sticking with them will not change anything. Other ideas, however, after careful analysis weighing the pros and the cons, when I see the pros are more I am absolutely dogged, I see it through to the end. Owen Inyang talks about how she define success and said being in good health of body and mind and being able to do what you love without thinking of money. Owen Inyang talks about what motivates her and said filling gaps ….I like to make a visible difference in a person, a group or my community. I feel a sense of accomplishment when people leave me in a measurably better state than when they first met me.
